    It's possible that's happening because you may have paths to devkitPro's own installation of MSys2 in your Windows' PATH Environment Variable.

    I really don't know, sorry. I never got those error messages, so the only thing I can tell you is that you're trying to do stuff with WSL and the Windows version of devkitPro's MSys2 that you shouldn't be doing for the purposes of using the decomps, or that you shouldn't need to be doing.
