I'm guessing that most people like their signatures centred because it looks somewhat neater, though some signatures do look better right or left-aligned. I guess it's a matter of personal taste. :P I think yours looks a bit better, but maybe you could have the text so it wasn't across the whole screen. But that's my opinion, if you like it how it is, then keep it! :D
