Okay but people in general, people want something in a hack, so you have to care what people think of your hack or they'll bash it.

I agree that we can't all agree to like the same thing and that your opinion doesn't reflect on others but I didn't say anything about people not being entitled to their opinion. Light Platinum had a story and was actually based on the story but all the other stuff was just icing on the cake so you can't say it's not story-based because it obviously is.
Actually a reason was Light Platinum's popularity alone but I agree with people making hacks dedicated to themselves. Plus you have to care about what the mods think because they decide if your hack is good or not to be put up on the board to be judged by others. Mods are people too.

This is also why I quit hacking, you couldn't even get the storyline but it's "brilliance" makes an exception? This hack is the most popular hack I've seen but just because of the design. Popularity doesn't beat a good fresh storyline.

B. Quit my project altogether
C. Postpone my project until I can get an entire team assembled.

Okay, I've tried different ways and attempted to even hack the saved file, but I could not get it to load with my LoG. :\

I haven't yet. I became busy these past few days, which was really unexpected. :\

Well, yes, bad news, really. Apart from my illness I have gotten recently, my computer got corrupted, so when I formatted it, I went into my backup and most of that was corrupted, so I had hardly any data. The corrupted part included the project of Ponymon. I have given up on the project for now until a later date, when I decided to work on it again.

well, I think it's because I only wrote special 0x9D...
I didn't know about the other specials when I was making LoG.

I didn't really edited it though.
I just replaced his backsprite, and that was it.
