The yes/no thing was part of the script itself, actually, I removed it in the byte. If you want it back in, go to the offset of the first pointer and after it, there's a 09 byte, then another byte to determine msgbox type. Make that byte 5 to have the yes/no box. Then for the other 2 pointers, the first is the pointer for if the player said yes, the second is for if they said no. With the attack thing, look up checkattack in a scripting tutorial, or analyze the way it's used in a Nintendo script.
