Hey I need some help with a hack I'm making. Basically, I want to take fire red and make your starter be a dark lugia. Do I think u can help? (or at least point me towards some tutorials) and I even made a sweet sprite for it.

Thanks. By the way, remember that multiplayer idea I had a long time ago? I'm re-testing it now that I'm more experienced then I was before. But I still don't know crap about anything besides mapping, observing, and copying. So I was wondering what you or anyone else knows about multiplayer restrictions or anything that can help unlock the locked events such as warps, map connections, signs, and other events when in multiplayer.
