Ooh! Ok, then. If that's what you're looking for, then you came to the right place!
What you're asking for is called "Advance Breeding" (completely different from RNG abuse breeding). Though it might sound complicated at first, it's actually pretty simple.
What you need is very simple... an Everstone. You should be given one in any game you play, but you're going to need a bunch of them. Well... not exactly, you basically need just one, but having a lot is easier, that way you won't have to keep switching it from pokemon to pokemon. They are easily found in Diamond and I think in Pearl too (though I wouldn't know, I only have Diamond). Anyway, if you need any, I can provide you with some. I have enough to spare.... free...
Once you have that, you need a FEMALE Pokemon with the right nature to hold the everstone (in gen V it can be either the male or female, but if you have genIV, it's the female only), if you do that, the mother has a 50% chance of passing down the nature to her babies...
Before I continue, I need to know. Which version of pokemon are you playing exactly? Because the next tips deppend a lot on that. I don't want to give you advice that might not work on your version.
