  • Well it isn't really an egg move so that's why it isn't listed there. It should be mentioned in any good guide to breeding though.
Strength is an HM move, HM moves are always passed down provided the child can also learn the HM move.
All you need is a male Pokemon in the same egg group as Skarmory that knows Brave Bird, like a Staraptor for example.
First breed a male Skarmory with Brave Bird, then breed that one with a DWF Skarmory and you should get what you desire.
I doubt that there are, since people probably figured all of them out by examining the games' coding. I could be wrong though, I don't know anything about that sort of stuff.
I see, well the dream world starters sound good to me, any event Pokemon is good also, pretty much anything I can't get normally in gen IV or v but at the moment I only have my gen v fc
I actually already bred a box of snivys (more actually), I would love a LIberty pass so I could get to the island and ev train of victini, and I will pm you a list, thanks man, I appreciate it
I wouldn't consider RNG a normal breeding process. It depends on an outside program to calculate everything involved and give you the precise moment to pick up the egg in which the Pokemon will be flawless. It's really up to you whether or not you choose to indulge in it or consider it cheating. However I have seen people breed near flawless with IV breeding albeit it did take a very long time just for one Pokemon.
That's the key word, "promise". There is no way to get perfect IVs without RNG outside of being one of the luckiest people in the world of Pokemon. While possible, it is highly highly highly unlikely, and that's where RNG comes in. It allows you to search your game for a specific time and ingame frame to hit which allows you to obtain flawless Pokemon. This is due to Pokemon using a pseudo random number generator to determine a Pokemon's IVs, Nature, and so on. RNG just allows you to use a program coded with the ability to decode all that complicated math nonsense allowing you to hit that one in a million chance every time if you do it right so to speak.

Er, I hope that wasn't too convoluted.
That does not give anyone an excuse to hack Pokemon. While it is not allowed in Trade Corner, I don't condemn it if you use it for your own ingame team, though I do look down upon it.
I do not approve of its use in Trade Corner. It's considered altering the Pokemon you catch, breed, or already have. :(
I just haven't had time to really go through it. I can look through it when I get home today, sorry >.<
