I know it is ahaha :p even cutting back on meat as much as I have makes me feel so much better, it's hard to even begin to describe. I just feel healthier and even happier, but I'm picky to begin with so I can't limit myself too much by choice, y'know? But it's so much fun coming up with vegetarian recipes that are creative and yummy, and I feel so much better when I eat a veggie meal than something with meat.
