I see. I'm guessing that extending the Pokédex on Ruby must be difficult, right?

What do you plan to do with it if you ever complete extending the Pokédex?

I plan on using it for my hack. My Dex will not include any and the National Dex cannot be obtained. Since you will be able to travel to Sinnoh though as a second region, I plan to use it for that. I could also finish up any data entries left.

Also, one more thing. Do you still have the patch for the 493 Pokémon on Ruby? I would preferably want to use it on something I'm working. I don't really need them to appear on the Pokédex. I can't explain it now but I can if you want me to. If it's possible and if you do still have the patch, would you mind PMing it to me?

I've used Windows 7 Paint for my spriting ever since I got my netbook. IMO it's more "organized" and it easy to find the things you need. (Well, I've never done sprite shrinking like your project or have ever used Vista Paint so this may not be true)

But I'm going to try Vista Paint now, so my opinion will probably change. Based on your post, I think I've been missing out!

I don't know how old these are exactly, but they don't have that issue.

That is so weird, and it is just the mudkip sprites too. Hmmm, let me dig around and see what I can find.

Hmmm, that is not the case on my end. Probably a saving/exporting glitch. I'll upload a new, slightly older, previous sheet I have.
