All right do you want to start a new gba game or a nds game. Also if we start a new game we should think about a story behind it. If we make a gba game I have a friend who might let us use a rombase if we want to use one. I am willing to try anything, but I have to tell you I am better with gba hacking then nds hacking.

We do allow ROM hacking discussion here, but hacking Pokémon is sort of a different thing, and apparently, allowing it would ruin how people view PC. ^^" It's not up to me to decide on anything, though--I'm just a mod. I'll take it to h-staff and see what they think.

Well maybe I will make a tutorial to edit the title screen. ;)

I think that Sketchup is easier than other programmes like Blender.
But you should learn Blender if you want to edit the titlescreen.

Well, I use Sketchup for modelling and I export the model into .3ds format.
