Found a good Safari starting point. Togepi seems to be a hard find. Do you know a Togepi Safari host?

Actually, I only need Sandstorm and Icysnow now. I traded my River and Ocean patterns for them. Naw, I probably won't be finishing the game any time soon, I am just breeding for 5IVs, and I'm breeding the pokemon route by route because then it's only a few at a time, instead of all pokemon all at once. You can delete me if you want because it's going to be a while before I finish the game (let's jsut trade vivillons before you do!). Thanks for checking with me though!

I can help you with most things, however you won't be able to unlock my third Safari because I still haven't finished the game yet, so I'll still be just the two unfortunately (still breeding everything as I come across them to have perfec pokemon)

I usually play the game around 3 pm ~ 4 pm (GMT) and 8 pm ~ 9 pm (GMT).
But I have my 3DS with me almost all day, so I can go online for you to register the full safari. :)

Yeah, I can breed 4 or 5IV, sometimes 6IV babies like its nothing, the breeding mechanics are really good in this game if you know how to use them. :) Not had any luck hatching shinies so far though!

So, anything you'd want for that Nincada?

Yeah, they are all shinies, including the Phione and Squirtle, and some were hatched by me; I used to RNG for shinies back in Gen IV (that's why these guys are in PokéBank) but I didn't start RNGing for IVs until Gen V, so its unlikely that any of these have high IVs unfortunately. A couple of them are traded so there's a chance they have good IVs but I don't think I ever checked them.

The Squirtle is indeed female, Impishand has Aqua Jet and Fake Out as egg moves (I run a physical AJ+FO Blastoise set that I devised), Phione is Sassy, Chikorita is Gentle, Turtwig is Serious and Chimchar is Naïve.

Your question is fine. We really only do something about cheating device related things if someone uses it to win a competition or battle, or uses it to scam people in trades. If it's just for your own personal benefit like that and doesn't harm anyone else, it's totally fine.
