I'd say drop the accent. Looks much better without it, but that might be just me. And yea, the story is tough. I'm probably going to spend a lot of time on it before I'm happy with it xD

Yours sounds pretty cool, if I may say so. I think Sangyo would be a good name, since it fits the theme. Another one that comes to mind is Koujo, which is Japanese for factory. Coming up with a good name is the part I'm having difficulty with for mine haha

I like the sound of Sangyō. If it isn't quite right, I suggest messing around with it a little. Add some letters, take away some letters.

Sanctuare doesn't sound like the other regions, but it isn't like any of the other regions, so I thought it deserved a name that was a little different.

Hm. Well I've always considered myself quite good at coming up with gibberish names, like Indaga, for example, and I recently changed my region's name to Sanctuare, which us just "Sanctuary" changed around a bit. What kind of name do you have in mind? I'd be happy to help you brainstorm.
