From what I've read online Max raid battles don't have an increased shiny chance. However there seem to be certain people doing Max raids that almost always have a Shiny Pokemon. I'm not sure how they do it. The key is when you're searching for Max raid battles look for a name with the same profile picture to pop up multiple times throughout the day, usually with the same Pokemon for each raid. For example there is a person named Phoebe with the female swimmer profile pic that almost always has a Shiny Pokemon for their Max Raid Battle. It took me a month of shiny hunting to gather a short list of people that almost always have a Shiny Pokemon for their raid

I doubt I'll be able to find a low-level shiny Eevee with hidden ability in Max raid battles. I've never been able to find an Eevee raid that's less than five stars but I'm sure they exist out there somewhere. Your best bet for that one might be breeding or chain catching. I only have three shiny Pokemon that I got myself. The other hundred or so I've gotten through Max raid battles.

Well odds are I'll have these Eevee's for a little while. Doesn't seem like many people on this website are interested in trading for what I have. So far you are the only person so if you do happen to transfer those Pokemon over or catch any new ones send me a message.

I know you said you wanted it low level but I managed to capture 2 shiny Eevee's with HA both level 55 if you're interested.
