  • I mean, like we've said, you can communicate plenty by describing body language and mannerisms. Even action sequences can feature plenty of non-verbal communication.
    aw yeah there are some css wizards around here but that aint me at all; i know enough to make something minimal and cute and thats just fine!
    There's nothing wrong with shorter segments, or even stories. I'd rather read short but quality than long and meh.
    Keeping things simple can be good, of course. Especially when you have a lot of characters. I like that you also put some thought into making every one of them have their own personality quirks. I assume you've accumulated a lot of notes due to your writing and stuff?
    i think my problem was over-organizing haha. i have a tendency toward that! ive never really done much for explanations on my stuff tho, im a very "drop it and run" kind of person
    Yeah, I still have a lot more to read. But it's such a big part of the character, how could I forget?

    People communicate things with body language, expressions and behaviours even when they're not actively trying to. Often when they're actively trying not to.

    I know many people start with the head. Though, I'm one of the few who usually start with the body. It kind of gives you an idea of how big the head needs to be. I for one always run into the issue of making the head too big if I start with it. ^^"

    Putting characters around people/places they hate is always a good time.
