yea i don't think taxes cover dental here once you've turned 18. but before that, iirc it's actually 100% free? something near-free at least.

I'm so so grateful for the NHS. And my dentist is lovely but sadly expensive :(.

*Gets ready for bed as I have a VERY early train journey tomorrow. Curls up and closes eyes. Two seconds later my husband walks into the bedroom*

"Hey. Want to see a cool moth?"

*I jump out of bed wide awake*

    "All the yes"

He knows me too well 😂.

UK healthcare sounds better than ours at any rate.
Hospitals stopped giving life saving treatments/surgeries, so the death toll is going to be huge.

UK healthcare is wonderful, until it isn't. They are very stretched with the resources the government give them, but even then, the NHS can be extremely discriminatory to certain people.

Anyway... how are you lovely forum peeps? I hope life is treating you all well 😊

I did nothing but do a bunch of running around looking for a certain vitamin my Dr wants me to start taking. Such a pain in the ass.

If I could set fire to the Wal Mart by me I would. I hate it with a passion. I was looking for Thorne 2 a day and I had to buy it off of Amazon.

We can't order off amazon, the delivery workers don't have access to our mail boxes so packages get stolen regularly. Can't wait till we move.

It says a lot about how far as a species we've come when people shoot down others because they dared to tell them to wear a mask... <_<

It's just ridiculous if you ask me. We're going to keep making the same simple mistakes over and over again because we are to stubborn to make simple changes for the good.

The people who say "this generation takes offense to everything" are the same ones who take offense to the smallest things like being asked to wear a mask or seeing a gay couple on TV.

I hate the term 'snowflake'. It's obnoxiously used in political disagreements and has little to do with anybody actually being offended.

I find snowflake isn't used much any more. Instead they're saying it's just younger people in general but I know a good amount of people here, some in their 30's, would disagree with such a mindset.

Most of the things people call communist and socialist these days actually aren't but with so much news and misinfo spreading I can see why people don't know.
