    Probably the only tutorial out there is this one by Chaos Rush. It's only for FireRed and it's all in hex. We do know a list of commands so maybe someone is working on an animation compiler/decompiler. Atm it's just hex.

    How do I even change the background with those codes, also for example I want to make meteors for draco meteor. How do I do that?
