Trade Corner's Get Together Breeding Competition:
2015 PokéCommunity Olympícs

As part of this year's Get Together, Trade Corner is hosting a Breeding Competition. This challenge involves breeding a Pokémon you think best fits the PokéCommunity Olympics theme, a Pokémon that's been a gold medalist in previous Olympic games or a new contestant that is taking everyone by surprise, for example. Play with nicknames, species, moves, etc. Creativity is what will be judged here, so the sky's the limit. The top three entries will win a Gold, Silver and Bronze medal respectively. In addition, all contestants will receive a participation emblem.

apocalypseArisen, Azazel, and TwilightBlade will be the judges of this event.

Will we be penalized if the bred pokes are not EV trained? And I am using a 6iv Japanese Ditto to breed, and I dont know if it is hacked. Is that allowed?

You won't be penalized for not EV training and it is your choice to level them up and teach them moves or not! Creativity is key, so I'm sure you'll find a way to make them fit the theme. :3

And breeding with that ditto is fine too.

Description:
Bolt is named after Olympic Sprint Champion, Usain Bolt, and the fact she has a bolt shaped mane and is an electric type. She is hardy and her ability is Motor Drive, which increases her speed. Thunderbolt is her signature move as it is powerful, may hinder her opponents and plays to her name. Flash also hinders her opponents, whilst Quick Attack and Secret Power demonstrate her speed and depth of power. Lastly, she is full to the brim with Pokeblocks for that little extra conditioning!

Description: [Hera is a kind-hearted Miltank. Or at least she has the genes that would suggest so. Through a whole lot of scandalous breeding involving a Skitty, she has the power to control men at her will in her blood. She descended from the Greek Goddess who shares her name, Hera. Hera is known for having a Natural Gift at bringing about childbirth, through the protein infusion you get with her MooMooMilk. She is often seem bringing together families in holy matrimony. She is a Present to all the regions she graces, as is the heifer (who became the goddess Isis) that was given to her namesake as a present from Zeus.

She gives a Helping Hand whenever she can, especially to womens rights. She is often seen campaigning for rights outside of the daycare, but these days she doesn't have as much sway over women, so she can't stop them from joining the seedy industry of cross breeding. She often uses Attract on her friends to bring them together, which is what her namesake would have done. The only problem is she often brings loving couples to the marriage counsellor but she is still developing her skills as she is only young.

She is level eight as the temples, the Heraoin of Samos, and the Heraoin of Argos within the Argolid were one of the first temples constructed in her namesakes honour. She has Thick Fat as she is a strong warrior, who has no problems showing the men in her life who is boss. She is Modest, naturally, and she doesn't need to be shiny to be special. She was born special, no matter what any label says. Her namesake was also born before Shinies existed and so if she can succeed without blue glitter so can the next generation Hera.

She was raised in a Dive Ball, as she is as beautiful as the ocean is wide, something she inherited from Aphrodite, another breeding program mishap. She is strong in terms of defending herself, so her physical defence is high but her mental defense is often low as she is involved in so many other lives that she barely had time to train her own mind. Her attacks are always on target, especially when they are aimed at someone who crosses her. She is also quite Mischievous, but she knows when to draw the line. She carries a Rare Candy, as she is one of a kind.]

Description: Venus the Milotic is named after Aphrodite's second name, Venus. She thus represents Aphrodite, the Goddess of beauty, love and desire, whom is said to be born from the sea. Considering Milotic's Water-typing and renowned beauty across the regions, there was definitely no better choice - thus, Venus the Milotic was hatched to enthrall you all !

Venus has not been EV Trained simply because she barely needs to lift a fin to win a battle. She'll make her foes easily infatuated with her in most cases, thanks to her breathtaking beauty which is backed by her ability Cute Charm if she is to be attacked. The foe will then be in love with her, giving her the opportunity to use Toxic to slowly drain the life out of them.

She may also use Captivate to let her foe's guard down easily. Once the foe is almost out of breath thanks to Toxic, Venus will use Surf, so as to engulf the foe completely and drown them to their demise. Frustration represents Venus's bad temper when she is overlooked, she'll use that as soon as the foe disregards her, which is something that can occur even if just rarely.

Venus was bred in a Heal Ball, so that when she is sent out, the sparkles coming out of her Pokeball will add to her already breathtaking beauty, giving her more chances to dazzle everyone.

She has a Naughty nature since she is also the Goddess of desire, and can make people desire each other or take advantage of her own beauty to do nasty things, not to mention that it raises her Attack stat which makes Frustration a dangerous attack. Beware !

Psyche the Beautifly is named after Psyche, the mortal woman who earned immortality through her love and sacrifice for her husband, the god Cupid. Psyche was a stunningly beautiful girl, so much that the goddess Venus was jealous of her beauty. So she instructed her son Cupid to carry out a revenge. Instead, Cupid fell in love with Psyche. As told by Apollo, Psyche's father made Psyche marry what she was told was a beast, and she was not allowed to see him. After a while Psyche was convinced by her sisters that the beast would kill her, so she planned to kill the beast. When she lit the lamp, however, she was stunned to see that her husband was Cupid, and ashamed for her lack of faith in her beloved husband. He fled, thus begins Psyche's quest to take him back. Psyche begged for forgiveness and mercy from Venus, who put her through impossible tasks. She was tortured, beaten, and finally she was told to enter the underworld and fill a box with Proserpina's beauty. With some help, she succeeds, but because of her curiosity she opens the box and falls into deep sleep. Cupid comes and wakes her, the two reunite and after asking for Zeus' consent, they marry and Psyche was made immortal so they can live together forever.

Description: It's fairly long, so I'll put it in a spoiler tag.

This is Yekaterina Petrovna Zamolodchikova, but you can call her Katya. She's just your average run-of-the-mill Russian cat gymnast, named after the drag queen of the same name. She initially began her career from possessing the ability Limber, making her very flexible and... well, limber. Her nature is Naughty, since it raises attack - any gymnast needs power to swing on bars and do splits and whatever they do. It's always important to stretch before exercizing too, so her Naughty nature may also explain why she became a gymnast. They need to stretch a lot. Although she may secretly like it, it is doubtful that it's her primary reason for it - it's just in her nature. Literally.

To amplify her powers, Katya is EV trained in Attack. She also invested some time in EV training her Defense and Speed stats. Why? Defense, both physically and mentally, is vital when being a world famous athlete. Not only is their body a sacred temple that they will have to guard with their life, but they will undoubtedly be faced with "haters" that won't let them do their "thang". A psychological firewall is just as important as a biological one. Since she is a cat, she likes to run a lot. Therefore, it is unsurprising that she garnered EVs in Speed. However, running is also a great way of improving your stamina; another crucial part of gymnastics.

Her first move is Taunt, since playing mind games with your fellow competitors is an effective way to lower their confidence and emerge victorious. Despite this, spectators may dislike such unsportly behavior. That's why Power Gem plays a starring role. As Persian's PokéDex entry states multiple times: "Among fans, the size of the jewel in its forehead is a topic of much talk". As such, Katya uses this move to not only earn her viewers' trust and admiration, but also to draw power from it and apply it to the competition. It works both ways. As gold trophy contenders know, the key to a swollen body and over-the-top stamina does not only come from doing somersaults and other muscle-enhancing techniques, but also through sleep and a good diet. This explains the last 2 move slots Katya has. By using Rest, she helps herself construct her temple-like body. Unfortunately, Katya grew up very poor, so food on her table wasn't always a given. That's why she developed the technique of eating her own dreams with Dream Eater, to provide her with the calories, protein and fat she needs. Luckily her ability isn't Insomnia, or else she would've starved. Lastly, Katya is Lv 33 due to the fact that the drag queen she is based on is 33 years of age. She's getting a bit old for a gymnast, so this is probably her first and last participation.

All in all, Katya is a well-rounded performer, who through her movepool, rigorous training and wisdom after many years in the business has mastered the art of satisfying her audience while still being true to herself. She is seasoned, willing and able.

Moves: Curse, Iron Head, Mud-Slap, Superpower
Description: Steely C started off as an Aron that did not like being left out. As a result, he turned bitter and wanted to get strong so he could show how strong he was. He had a rough nature with Curse, something that got him known as a creature that was not exactly smooth to be around, and complemented his nature. With his hard head, he bashed into opponents and it made foes wary. Slapping mud on them was his way of proving that he was not just someone to mess with and getting mischievous, and with his might, he can slam into foes with Superpower to prove how strong he really wanted to be, but he felt susceptible and wary at times after using it, which would leave him prone to getting tired. He was able to become a big, nasty Aggron, and he does not have as much fear as he did as a tiny creature. His Nugget is an item he values for being so fancy and golden. He gets his moves on by getting buff and strong now.
