This is the current timeline of most main events that have happened so far. I tried to incorporate the most important ones.

~ Gray is given the task to catch Arryn by Giovanni.
~ Arryn and Tulip meet and start to become friends.
~ Gray,confronts Arryn trying to get her to come with him. Gray's Mareep stops him and he leaves Arryn alone for the time being.
~ Arryn and Tulip reunite and they return to an apartment.
~ Gray starts to search for Arryn again, he arrives at the apartment.
~ Gray threatens to attack both girls, but Tulip Leech Seeds him and drains he energy.
~ Rex joins the newly formed group of Gray, Arryn, and Tulip.
~ Arryn and Tulip meet and start to become friends.
~ Gray,confronts Arryn trying to get her to come with him. Gray's Mareep stops him and he leaves Arryn alone for the time being.
~ Arryn and Tulip reunite and they return to an apartment.
~ Gray starts to search for Arryn again, he arrives at the apartment.

Day 2A:

~ Gray temporarly leaves the group before the others could wake.
~ Gray tells Gio that he would not kill Arryn nor would he allow him to have her.
~ Gray robs a Poke Mart.
~ Arryn and Tulip leave the apartment and find Gray again.
~ Darren runs into the group while being chased and Tulip attacks those chasing him.
~ Darren joins the group.
~ Gray explodes from anger and shocks the group
~ Gray and the others have a small confrontation. Paralizing Tulip for a little.
~ Rex meets up with the others and now all of them are together.
~ Darrens attempts to cut Gray's throat, but is stopped by Arryn.
~ The other abandon Gray after Tulip Leech Seeds him again.
~ Gio helps Gray recover.
~ Gray is powered up, learning Bolt Strike and Fusion Bolt
~ Gray's abilities change to Volt Absorb and Preassure.

Day 2B:

~ Gio lets Gray be. He leaves Saffron City for Goldenrod City.
~ The group plans to go to Johto.
~ Gray and Tulip argue again. But is calmed by Arryn.
~ The goup decides to split up to gather supplies.
~ Gray and Rex raid Silph Co.
~ Arryn leaves to gather supplies, but Tulip says it isn't needed and bring her back to the apartment.
~ Shadow appears, stopping two people from harming an Eevee and then heals it. Eevee joins Shadow.
~ Tulip and Arryn meet Shadow
~ Shadow agrees to join the group
~ Everyone returns to the apartment. Everyone starts to sleep.
~ At some point, Gray loses his pokemon for currently unknown reasons.
~ The group plans to go to Johto.
~ Gray and Tulip argue again. But is calmed by Arryn.

~ Shadow sneaks out to follower her.
~ Arryns attacks Silph Co, killing 6 Team Rocket members. She has her ice crystal stolen and chances after the member who stole it.
~ Shadow follows her in.
~ Arryn falls into a trap and is surrounded by many members, almost being killed. But Shadow comes in and saves the day. Cuts the hand off the man who held then crystal. Shadow tells Arryn to leave after throwing the crystal back to her.
~ Arryn leaves. Shadow kills the man who tried to hurt Arryn. The Rockets stand down and Shadow leaves. He is then attacked again and poisoned. But he kills those men who attacked him.
~ Shadow sits outside, trying to recover from the poison.
~ Gray wakes up and sends his electric pet that he had acquired to find Shadow.
~ Shadow confronts the electric creature. Shadows manages to convince the thing not to attack.
~ Shadow returns to Gray, knowing he is the cause and tells him a bit about what happened.
~ The group again is together. Gray admits that he tried to kill Shadow, but failed.
~ Shadow is accepted into the group by Arryn.
~ Tulip flirts with Shadow,
~ The rest of the day they did what they wanted.
~ Darren kills the man who was after him the day before.
~ Tulip runs out and is attacked.
~ Darren and Shadow run to her aid. Darren takes her back inside and Shadow chases the man who attacked her.
~ Shadow nearly kills the man, but is stopped by a force in which reminded him of his sister.
~ Shadow and the man forgive each other and go their separate ways.
Shadow returns and starts to realize Tulip reminded him of his 'sister'. Shadow leaves again.
~ Shadow trains a little and Noibat evolves into Noivern and returns
~ Shadow caught Seedot
~ Vesa arrives and then leaves.
~ Shadow agrees to stick with everyone. Everyone falls asleep.

~ Team Rocket begins to worry about Shadow and his threat. Team Rocket joins forces with Team Magma, Aqua, Plasma, and Galactic and call in the hybrid Team Rocket members.
~ Group gets on the train to leave Johto.
~ They spend their time on the trian. Once there was nearly a huge fight, but it was stopped.
~ The arrive and they meet Tulip's parents.
~ Arryn leaves the group for a small time to find a house.
~ The others go to Tulip's family's mansion.
~ Shadow leaves the group for a small time.
~ Gray waits for Shadow to return. Darren and Tulip go in. Rex explores the house and takes a few things, and then Rex leaves to explore Goldenrod.
~ Shadow meets Anna. They are attacked by a robot which was quickly delt with.
~ Shadow and Anna meet Jason. Shadow asks both of them to join in order to make sure they are safe.
~ Everyone meets at the fountain. Darren goes to the underground. Tulip takes Jason to the mansion. Gray follows them. Followed by Shadow.
~ Arryn, Anna and Rex go to the house Arryn found.
~ Jason and Gray have a massive battle. Shadow warns Tulip to leave.
~ Tulip is Tulip napped and turned into Orchird.
~ The fight gets out of control, destroying the mansion. Gray tries to kill Jason. Shadow stops Gray. Gray challenges him and Shadow defeats Gray quickly due to Gray's weakened state.
~ Shadow takes them back and meets Lydia in the forest. Shadow is angered a little by Lydia, but still offers a spot, but she refuses.
~ Shadow returns to the house. Arryn heals the two hybrids who fought. Shadow had to rest from being exhausted from his pure power ability which tried to get out of control.
~ The two are awake. Valkyrie meets the group. Gray and Val leave the house to fight. Rex follows. Lydia meets Jason at the house.
~ Orchird attacks, traps Arryn and defeats Shadow easily after playing mind games.
~ Lydia teleports Orchird away and Lydia and Shadow venture into Shadow's mind. Shadow accepts what he is thanks to Lydia.
~ Orchird kilsl the forest then returns, but quickly leaves.
~ Shadow wakes up and crawls to Arryn. Shadow grabs Arryn's hand and both fall asleep next to each other on the floor.
~ Lydia is temporarily blinded and deaf.
~ Jason finds the three on the floor. But falls asleep after no answer was given.
~ Rex loses Val and Gray.
~ Val and Gray enter the underground

Day 5: (Current day)

~ Shadow wakes up with his head and Arryn's lap and... other things happen in the process of him waking up.
~ Rex wakes up in a dumpster for currently unknown reasons. His C-Gear dead.
~ Alek and Melody, both TR hybrids join the RP.
~ Lydia wakes up and her hearing and sight return,
~ Deacon meets Darren.
~ Darren is killed by Jack Frost, a TR Hybrids. Deacon escapes.
~ Deacon finds the house where the hybrids were staying it tells them about the fate of Darren. Instantly Arryn and Shadow react negatively toward him, scaring him.
~ Shadow senses something familiar near the mansion in hopes that it is the missing Tulip. He leaves the group in hopes of finding her.
~ Orchird returns to finish her job to catch Arryn.
~ Shadow finds poke balls. He is then faced by a new comer who has Tulip's C-Gear. He starts to lose it.
~ Shadow's anger explodes and the only thing that kept his power back was his sister's charm which turned to shards. His power completely takes hold and he turns insane and goes on a killing rampage as he was faced by 32 Team Rocket Members. After killing a few, the one who held Tulip's C-Gear stopped him from killing a young couple. Then ultimately revealing that she is his 'sister'.
~ Shadow changes drastically. And finds out everything he had been was an illusion. Gaining Fire typing, losing Dark typing. Also losing and gaining some new attacks.
~ Arryn and Orchird find to near death. Shadow arrives and forces Orchird to leave revealing that Orchird is Tulip, altered by Team Rocket. Shadow helps Arryn heal and manually removes the poison from her.
~ Arryn and Shadow rejoin Deacon and Lydia.
~ Orchird/Tulip goes through a change, stabbing Archie, but not killing him, and wanting to return to the other hybrids.
~ Gray and Val fight, Val loses and is killed. Her body is taken by Team Rocket.
~ Rex returns to the group.
~ Gray returns to the group.
~ Shadow accepts Tulip/Orchird back in.
~ Gray and Shadow argue leading to a Fire and Thunder Punch attack. Arryn tries to stop the attacks, nearly getting hit by them, but quick thinking, and Shadow uses Aura Sphere to stop Arryn from getting hit, but takes the full force of Gray's attack and Shadow stands.
~ Gray leaves the group to train.
~ Shadow takes lead of the group and tries to calm everyone down, getting everyone back on track.
~ Valkyrie (Val) is resurrected, becoming a Ghost Type. As well as gaining Toxic and Hex as moves. And starts the hunt for Gray.
~ Tulip and Orchird split into 2 beings.
~ Shadow starts to doubt his self. Vibrava, Greninja, Seedot, and Duoblade leave him.
~ Rex's Hawlucha and Blaziken leave him.
~ Shadow allows Val to borrow his Noivern to go to Mount Silver to find Gray
