  • Alright so I'm about 10% done with my pokemon ruby hack, but I'd like to know from other people what is the easiest game to hack? From all 5 gameboy advanced pokemon games (ruby sapphire emerald leafgreen firered), which has the most support/tools/following. I thought ruby would have the biggest, but I've seen a lot more information about fire red and emerald while looking for answers and tools. Could a few people give their opinions on this matter? I'd rather move my 10% completed hack to a more stable/supported game if it turns out ruby has less support than lets say firered, if that's the case.

Fire Red has more tool support. But honestly, for the most part, it's all the same thing.

well support wise, firered has the most, followed closely by emerald, then ruby quite a bit less, followed by sapphire and leafgreen with a very very very small amount of support. so COMPLETELY avoid leafgreen and sapphire, i would advise to avoid ruby as well. so firered or emerald is your best bet so i'd advise chose one of those two
