[ASM & Hex] Evolution moves in pokecrystal16

I am trying to add evolution moves to pokecrystal16, but since the way learnsets are handled is different, I can't follow the tutorial for it. I separated the evolution moves into two files and made pointers in the evos_moves.asm file. I also changed how the moves are handled in evolve.asm files, but they aren't working. If anyone is interested in helping, I can upload some of the code later. Thank you for your time.
