Well those bolt shaped ones would lend themselves to the Electric part easy.
The other one is better for Fairy.

For electric could also maybe do something like it using static electricity to make the earrings float nearby it instead.

Since it's already using static electricity for the Electric part, you could use either imo. You could use the butterfly ones if you don't want to put too much emphasis on fairy in the design of the bat itsself. or you could emphasize electric more and make the bat itsself more fairy like. Either could work.

As for total in a dex Sw/Sh has 400 in the base game.
