Got any Pokémon headcanons?

In case you're wondering, a headcanon is a fanmade theory that could either fill up plot holes, or are made for fun. Here are mine.

• There is only one Mewtwo. At first, it resided at Cerulean Cave, until Red attempted to catch it. Mewtwo severely injured Red in retaliation and fled. It now resides at Pokemon Village in the Kalos region.
• During the genetic mutations of Mewtwo is when the time that Mega Evolutions were recently discovered in Kanto. About that time, scientists found two defunct Mega Stones. They then took some of Mewtwo's abilities and placed them in the two Mega Stones, with the first Mega Stone increasing the physical power of Mewtwo, and the second increasing it's special power. Along with that, Mewtwo was originally going to be much powerful, more so than its Mega Evolutions, until this event occurred.
• Your playable character in X and Y was born in Kanto.
• The clothing that Sawk and Throh wear is actually clothing. It isn't man-made, but made by the silk of the Sewaddle line and fallen vines.
• Pokémon are semi-immortal. They can die from natural disasters and weapons, but not from moves such as Acid and Fissure.
• When Magnezone's Platinum Pokédex entry was talking about how scientists try to give it an evolution, they were talking about Mega Magnezone.
• Most Hypno and Farfetch'd are left-handed, while most Cubone and Marowak are right-handed.

Professor Oak does not hand out pokédexes to every kid who wants to go on a journey and people don't start with Charmander/Squirtle/Bulbasaur (or other trio) as a standard. The games and their special circumstances > the anime.

The Kalos wars are tied to the Unova wars (note Kalos' Parfum Palace), AZ and his brother from the Kalos war are the same brothers from the Unova war, so while Lysrande is stated to be descended from ZA's brother, N is descended from AZ. While one of the brothers would inherit Kalos, the other would inherit Unova.

The dragon clans from Johto and Unova are branches of the dragon clan from Hoenn, the Draconids. Kalos' Korrina and her father, who are said to be descended from the people who built the Tower of Mastery and knew the secrets of Mega Evolution, are also related to the Draconids seeing as those said people were the first to witness the first Mega Evolution.

Humans evolved from humanoid Psychic-type Pokémon, which is why they possess Aura. The likes of Alakazam and Lucario may be the Pokémon that evolved into humans.

The Pokémon of Kalos were native to Hoenn until the Kalos war from 3,000 years ago. That's actually based on notes you can find in Professor Birch's lab in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, which critically use titles such as "The Pokémon of Hoenn and Kalos" and talk about how Hoenn's Pokémon diversity dwindled at the same time the Kalos war occurred 3,000 years ago.

Fantina is from the Kalos region. I recall her saying she's not native to Sinnoh but came from another region, all the while she speaks French.

-In X and Y, Looker's Crogunk is dead.

-In Pokemon HG/SS long after the player and rival take two of Elm's pokemon, the Crystal version heroine takes the third and goes on her own journey. This can be supported by the fact that Crystal came after Gold and Silver versions.

-Inside pokeballs and P.C. boxes are a virtual reality to keep pokemon from getting bored. Pokemon in the same box can interact with each other.

-In the Kanto games the 'white hand' on your shoulder, is the spirit of your father.

1 The pc is a transportation device linked to the Prof and Pc user(ie oak and bill) of that region. (Doesn't the anime support this....?)
2 Pokemon can choose when to go in or out of balls.
3 The ball is nothing more than a shrinking capsul. Enough that the poke inside isn't uncomfortable and can see outside the clear red top anytime.

Mangaverse:
4 Silver and Dia watch Proteam Omega together all the time. They have late night sleepovers for it.

-The House of Memories's secret chambers can be accessed under the Radio Tower in Lavender Town, but only Mr. Fuji can get pass the guard.
-While being from Unova, Lt. Surge got Volty in Kalos. (At least in the american version game)
