Nakasu has Miltank in Fortune Cup and I can confirm Stomp is op. Though she's not running Rollout because that would be too unfair.

BP + SD Scolipede and Rollout Miltank w/ Fighting resist berry. Become...unstoppable.

Having to deal with Miltank (especially Whitney's) and its Rollout is almost like battling a Legendary Pokémon!

The only con I can think of is her being in the Slow level-up experience group (1,250,000 EXP to get from Level 1 to 100.)
