i hate sleeping on my stomach

the worst sleeping position for me is besides the bed... im not proud to say it happens more than I want to... although it has reduced dramatically since I moved stuff around in my room... otherwise id probably end up with more questions than answers

I'm not big on sleeping on my stomach either, buuuut... I have trouble sleeping in any position due to back issues AND weird chest tightness issues. Both sleeping on my back and sleeping on my side have their good and bad points unfortunately, and I usually have to choose between being able to breathe and not feeling like a steel rod LOL
