If the Pokémon Center Shaymin is untouched, then yes (For one of the two). I do not need Milotic, and I have no idea what a Georgia Shiny Beartic is.

Yes it's an event and it's not on the show but the Pokemon company or whatever decided to make her beartic shiny to make it important.
