Ever since Greninja was sent to ubers I've been struggling with my OU team. This is what I've come up with.

    Excadrill @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rock Tomb
    - Iron Head

Hoping to surprise a few with the special bulk and take out a few Rotom-W. Rapid spin to help out charizard.

    Rotom-Wash @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Trick
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Volt Switch
    - Hydro Pump

Not sure if I should keep up the trick gimmick or not. Great for stalling physical attackers.

    Vaporeon @ Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Protect
    - Scald
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Toxic

Great special bulk. Hidden power grass to get rid of help get rid of other grass types

    Charizard @ Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Dragon Dance
    - Flare Blitz
    - Dragon Claw
    - Thunder Punch

    He wrecks things.

    Scizor @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - Bug Bite
    - Swords Dance
    - Night Slash

-Straight forward physically bulk and hits hard

    Zapdos @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Roost
    - Defog
    - Heat Wave

Defog with great bulk. Heat wave to get rid of ferrothorn

  • Assault Vest Excadrill is kinda meh, but the preferred EV spread for it is 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef with Adamant. I'd rather use Rock Slide over Rock Tomb; the extra power kinda helps.

There are better Wish users out there than Vaporeon, like Sylveon and Clefable. Their Wishes are still pretty large:

    Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    Clefable:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Heal Bell/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

Scizor is just too bulky for Focus Sash. Night Slash doesn't let Scizor do anything particularly significant; Knock Off is the better option. Non-Mega Scizor should use:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

4 HP EVs make Charizard's HP even, meaning it dies to 2 Stealth Rock switch-ins in regular form. The last 4 EVs should just go to Defense.

Zapdos is outclassed by other Electric Pokemon in offensive roles (mainly Mega Manectric and both Thundurus formes). It should stick to defensive sets only:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Roost
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Defog
    -Heat Wave/Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/172 Def/68 SAtk/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Heat Wave/Defog
    -Roost
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/64 Def/180 SDef/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    Ability: Multiscale
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Dragon Claw
    - ExtremeSpeed

    Thundurus (M) @ Expert Belt
    Ability: Prankster
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Nasty Plot
    - Thunderbolt
    - Dark Pulse
    - Thunder Wave

    Metagross @ Metagrossite
    Ability: Clear Body
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Meteor Mash
    - Earthquake
    - Bullet Punch

  • Dark Pulse doesn't let Thundurus hit anything noteworthy; HP Ice lets it hit Gliscor and Therian Landorus; HP Flying gives it a secondary STAB:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Flying)
    -Thunder Wave/Focus Blast/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

if Keldeo is using Calm Mind, it should use Substitute alongside its STABs to make boosting easier. Secret Sword is the preferred Fighting STAB, as it lets Keldeo bypass special walls like Chansey. Scald is also preferred because this Keldeo aims to stick around:
    -Calm Mind
    -Scald
    -Secret Sword
    -Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

You're wasting away Mega Metagross' very good Speed, to be honest. 110 is very good. Change the nature to Jolly and the EV spread to 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe.

Have Latios as the Defogger of the team; the only non-Mega set Scizor should run is Choice Band:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Surf/Earthquake
    -Defog
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Wash Rotom runs 44 Speed EVs to outspeed the odd Jolly Azumarill. Also, Wash Rotom gets worn down fast without any form of recovery, so Pain Split should go over Foul Play.
