  • Straight into this:

    Granbull @ Choice Band
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 124 Def / 132 Spe or 252 Atk / 52 Def / 204 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Play Rough
    - Close Combat
    - Earthquake
    - Wild Charge
I know the spread should be 252HP/252Atk/4Def but he doesn't take special attacks well so I figured putting investment with intimidate would add to his defences. 132 Speed investment equals that of the speed investment of doubles azumarill on smoogon. So I am think about doing 204 speed which equals choice band azumarill on soomgon.

    Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Close Combat
    - Rock Slide
    - X-Scissor
    - Earthquake
Pretty standard I think except the rock slide which I will probably change to stone edge.

    Alakazam @ Alakazite
    Ability: Magic Guard
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Psyshock
    - Energy Ball
    - Dazzling Gleam
    - Shadow Ball
I have pokemon with fighting moves so I opted for energy ball for overall team coverage and dazzling gleam to surprise dark and dragon types.

    Latias (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Psychic
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Recover
I am pretty sure this isn't standard, but I thinking I should replace recover with roost and use life orb or lefties.

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Volt Switch
    - Stealth Rock
    - Spikes
My hazard guy. I know that both hazards are set up bait but I usually don't use both unless I can without the fear of being set up bait. Rapid spin to clear hazards and volt switch to gain momentum.

    Doublade @ Eviolite
    Ability: No Guard
    EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 252 SpD
    Impish Nature
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Swords Dance
    - Iron Head
    - Sacred Sword
Honestly a throw in with access to priority which this team lacks. Works well with justified terrakion though. This isn't my spread. I got this pokemon off wonder trade.

I want to continue to use granbull and alakazam, but everything else is replaceable but do remember that this will be a WiFi team so some pokemon might be hard to obtain so please try to use breedable pokemon in X and Y only as I do not have access to gen 5 stuff.

Look forward to reading your suggestions.

  • Granbull isn't really doing it for OU because it's overshadowed by Azumarill by a long shot. The latter has a priority move in Aqua Jet to compensate for its bad Speed and Huge Power to make it stronger than Granbull:
    -Waterfall
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Superpower/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 228 HP/252 Atk/28 Spe (Choice Band) or 16 HP/252 Atk/240 SDef (Assault Vest)
    Item: Choice Band/Assault Vest
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Belly Drum
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Waterfall/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Huge Power

Focus Blast is still the preferred option on Mega Alakazam; what if your Fighters go down? Mega Alakazam can even get away with Modest because it still outspeeds base 130s with a neutral nature:
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Protect/Substitute
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Spe
    Item: Alakazite
    Ability: Magic Guard

Recover and Roost do the exact same thing. >_> Drop Hidden Power for Defog, as it's an excellent hazard-clearing tool to have. Also, just so it isn't outclassed by Latios, Latias should be running Healing Wish to give a teammate in danger of fainting a second shot on the field.

Forretress sucks right now because it's setup bait for practically anything. Better hazard setters are Therian Landorus, Garchomp, Ferrothorn, Tyranitar, Hippowdon and even Greninja:

    Therian Landorus:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/248 Def/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    Garchomp:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Focus Sash/Rocky Helmet

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Gyro Ball
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed/Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Tyranitar:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Crunch/Pursuit
    -Rock Slide/Thunder Wave/Ice Beam
    -Fire Blast
    Nature: Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/124 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

    Hippowdon:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Toxic/Whirlwind
    -Slack Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/144 Def/112 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

Greninja (take note that Gunk Shot is one of Greninja's tutor moves in OR/AS):
    -Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam/Dark Pulse/Extrasensory/Gunk Shot
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Grass)/Grass Knot/Gunk Shot
    -Spikes
    Nature: Timid/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe or 40 Atk/216 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

Doublade fits better on stall teams to better handle things like Mega Heracross and Mega Gardevoir. Talonflame, Scizor and Bisharp are better priority abusers:

    Bisharp:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Dread Plate/Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant

    Scizor:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

    Talonflame:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Brave Bird
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Natural Gift
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 Spe
    Item: Liechi Berry/Salac Berry
    Ability: Gale Wings

Just wanted to add that X-Scissor on Terrakion...I mean yea it helps against non scarf Lati@s but other than that it doesn't have much use. Personally I prefer running Poison Jab since it let's you push through MGardevoir, Choiced Azu not locked into Aqua Jet, and pretty much every other fairy type not named Klefki.

Thanks for your input. I know that azumarill out classes granule but I wanted to use something interesting or less common. I know focus blast is the better option but I have horrible luck and will miss more often then I should. I can't get defog so I might just switch latias out anyways. I didn't know the ORAS move tutors have been confirmed. Do you have a link as to what moves can be tutored in ORAS? Because that might change how I make changes to this team with stealth rock, knock off, etc. coming back.

I never thought about poison jab (mostly cuz i didn't know he could learn it) but it is a good way to deal with fairies.

Here's the list of confirmed tutor moves. Yes, Stealth Rock and Knock Off are among them.
