about that lv 99 shadow lugia, can you just run away or do you have to kill him?

You have to be beaten by him and then the script ends. You have to lose or run away.

you can catch him...
or beat him or run away, but catching him is a lot better.

before you played the final beta, have you met up with Regirock in Beta 4..?

i did the regis on beta 4 and i still don't work.

Then you switched to the Final Version... Well, Regirock's script has a bit of an errorin Beta 4, and so, try meeting it again.

There are some that you could miss though...
Like Phione, The legendary trio... :\

latios is flying around, phione is near the manaphy egg... if you haven't got it. head to lost sea..
when you recieve the manaphy egg head down to face phione

I cant help you. -.-
You don really need to catch lvl 99 Dark Lugia.
After elite 4,you can travel to Kanto Region.
Kanto region is the place where can catch lvl 70 Dark Lugia.

Shadow Lugia's catch rate is 0%...
The only way for you to catch it is through a Master Ball...

After beating the PKMN League, your brother will give you a TICKET that will be the key for you to ride the boat that'll sail you to KANTO, specifically, Vermillion. ;)

You can find leafeon in lost sea caves(go to the bottom right exit in tabuli and surf right and enter a cave) or you can give a female eevee(can be caught in blue path) a leaf stone(can be bought in retazo big shopping mart)
and YES i got angeallen!!!!!!! happy face =DDD
