Game Name: Pokémon Alpha Shadow

Ganna Region Lore:
Many centuries ago, this region was part of the Great Pokémon War. With Humans and Pokémon fighting side by side to achieve total peace for the future, eventually it was obtained, or so people think. During the war two trainers from each side of the war ventured out to find Varion. A pokémon so powerful it almost was believed not to exist. Both trainers ventured into the ruins below the region, and deep under the earth itself, and did indeed find this legendary mythical Pokémon. The great Varion commended the efforts of both trainers for finding him, and decided to grant them one wish each.
The first trainer wished for the Great War to end, as Varion stared into the trainer's soul, he granted the wish, as this is what this human desired the most. The other trainer demanded immortality, Varion, being a Pokémon opf his word, granted it, but with consequences. The Great War ended, and Varion vanished, as his work was done. The Kind Trainer, over time, passed away, with friends and family, but, as for the angry dark trainer, he remained alive, but he still aged, a side effect of his wish. People are unsure if this trainer did remain alive, or if it just became too much for him, and he passed too...
Story:
You are a young person who lives in the small town of Elmentross, in the Ganna Region.
Prof. Fable, sends you a letter, inviting you to his lab, due to some concerns about various people visiting town, and your childhood friend Markus. Markus seems to have a sudden change of clothing attire, and attitude towards the way he wants to raise Pokémon. Regarding Markus, Fable asks you to accompany him to Relmus Tunnel, where some strange figures were spotted entering the untouched tunnel outside of town.
Upon venturing deep inside the tunnel, Fable and you discover an evil group known as Team Magnus, whom are mining strange ores known as "Alpha Ores" for reasons unknown.
In the attempt to stop them, your childhood friend Markus, steps out of the dark, and challenges you to a fight, to stall you from stopping his new found team-mates.
Once the fight is over, Team Magnus have left, and Markus flees, nattering about how he's find the best way for Pokémon, and how the Alphas will rise.
Fable allows you to keep your starter Pokémon and tempts you into entering the Gym Challenge across the Ganna Region, you naturally accept, and head off to Glamor City, the first gym.
Team Magnus:
Team Magnus is a crime-based group, mainly located in the Ganna Region. Their lead by a
never-seen figure known as Dr. Z, and various other admins, Markus, Dwayne, Merriot, and Sera.
The four admins have their place in the region, to prevent suspicions arousing in their name, using said places in the region,
they've quite easily gained control of the region, and use it to their advantage. No authority has dared to prevent their activities or actions on the region.
In recent days, Team Magnus have taken a wide interest in "Alpha Ores" a dark purple gem like ore, with can have large effects of Pokémon,
like Mega Evolution, but as a forme change, rather than a new evolution method.
It is believed Team Magnus are attempting a larger, sinister goal with these ores.
Features:
Alpha Pokémon
A new Forme for many of Pokémon, allowing them a Type Advantage, and boosted Stats.
Twisted Types:
A few newly typed moves, to give a shock, and twist to battles, for example: BlueFire Type, has the effective of Water, making it super effective to Fire, and Rocks.
Battle Houses:
Battle Four Trainers, and a House Leader, to win extra BPs
