First of all, don't type out the whole team. There is an easier way. In team builder, go to File and Export to text.

Also, I don't see how this team can work. You have 3 Pokemon that use boosting berries, but you also have a Tyranitar whose Sandstream will ruin those Pokemon's chances of ever getting that boost (since Sandstream will kill them off before they can attack). Either remove Tyranitar or revamp your strategies.

Magneton : Modest- Salac Berry (Magnet Pull)

    Endure/Substitute

    Hidden Power (Water)
    Thunderbolt
    Thunder Wave/Metal Sound

Don't use Double Team please. Evasion is severely looked down upon. HP Water won't be of much use. Either use HP Fire to take care of the second most common spiker (Forretress) or HP Grass to take care of Swampert (which gives this team some trouble).
Since you have a Salac Berry, might as well put Endure over DT (in case you get trapped by Duggy). Or go with the Sub+Metal Sound route. Either way will get you a Speed boost.

    Alakazam : Timid- Leftovers (Synchronize)

    Evs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. A, 6 HP.

    Ice Punch
    Fire Punch
    Psychic
    Calm Mind

Why Hasty? It's not like you have any physical attacks. Timid please. Using a berry without Substitute or Endure is a bad idea. Using a berry in the Sandstorm is an even worse idea.

Tyranitar : Adamant- Leftovers (Sand Stream)

Evs: 252 At., 252 HP., 6 Sp. Def.

    Earthquake
    Substitute
    Rock Slide
    Dragon Dance

Sub is a deviation from the standard but I can see it working. Ttar is your biggest crutch to this team though, as my further comments will show.

Heracross : Adamant- Salac Berry (Swam)

Evs: 252 At., 252 Speed, 6 Sp. Def.

    Reversal
    Substitute
    Megahorn
    Swords Dance

Haha, Reversal with a Tyranitar on your team? If you want a Reversaler that's immune to Sandstorm, use Scizor. Other wise, you're better off with CB Cross.

Snorlax : Careful- Leftovers (Thick Fat)

Evs: 206 HP, 164 At., 140 Sp. Def.

    Shadow Ball
    Focus Punch
    Substitute
    Earthquake

SubPunch Lax, eh? Watch out, even Snorlax without Rest will be majorly hurt by the Sandstorm. Do you see how much trouble putting Tyranitar on this team is giving you?

Sceptile : Timid- Petaya Berry (Overgrow)

Evs: 6 HP, 252 Sp. At, 252 Speed.

    Leaf Blade
    Leech Seed
    Hidden Power (Ice)
    Substitute

You know what I'll say. Berries + Sandstorm = Bad Idea. This set is fine, but won't work in that weather. Also, please start with Sceptile instead of Maggy. You want Magneton to be a surprise so it can pop in on enemy Skarms. Otherwise, you have a hard time killing it off.

Ah... I didn't know that. Thanks for the heads up :)

And thanks for the rate! Tyranitar is only there because I needed something to kill a reversal heracross (such as my own xD). Are there any other pokemon alternatives that will kill off a Reversal pokemon without sandstorm?

EDIT: I made some modifications, mostly involving the removal of Tyranitar. Will this work?

Honestly, Reversal isn't that common since most people are afraid of Sandstorm, so they'll use CB Heracross instead. If you're still afraid of it, Quick Attack will be your next best choice. There are a couple of CBers who can use Quick Attack (mainly because they can't learn another good physical move). They are Flygon and Dodrio. I could certainly see a CB Flygon fitting your team over Salamence.

Also, all Snorlax need at least some Defense. Around 180 Defense is fine.

Also, your Magneton's EVs are odd numbers, which isn't too good. All EVs need to be divisible by 4.

When your in team builder icicle, go to 'expert' and turn 'snap' on, this will move ev's in even increments.
