I think it's a good team... but personally I aint a fan of Arbok. I went and used Zubat for my Poison Type and quite frankly it utterly destroys. But I think you do have a very good team all the same :)

Crobat, Arceus-Poison, Drapion, and Muk are much better than Arbok. And I think you should put EV's and Items in. (Lol, your Alakazam is identical to my HG Alakazam!)

Dragon Dance does absolutely nothing for Kingdra, as it has no physical moves to benefit from the attack boost. If you want to keep the other moves, then go with Agility, as you gain double the speed boost. Or another move entirely.
