It is indeed a very cute song! I had already listened to it a couple of times. In general, I really like KK Bubblegum, which is probably my favorite among KK Slider's songs.
This opens a discussion about Animal Crossing music!

What are your favorite music tracks in the game?
Do you think there's a game in the series that has better music, compared to the others?

I have to say I really like Animal Crossing music. It's relaxing and it serves its purpose to relax the player and create that chill setting we all love. Other than that, I don't find any of the tracks to be repetitive, despite the theme of the song being pretty much the same. Well, my favorite tracks in New Horizons are: the theme song lol, 8AM, 10AM and 10PM, being some of the ones I've listened to the most. The ones I like the most from New Leaf are: surely the main theme song, 10AM, 11AM, 3PM, 12PM.

I have only played NH and NL and I don't really think there's much difference among the two of them, but I probably prefer NL as there's more variety there. I think that while I play NH, I don't listen to the music at all, while when playing NL it's surely secondary, but I still enjoy listening to it.

I like KK Slider's songs! My favourite ones are: K.K. Waltz, K.K. Steppe, K.K. Metal is just very funny lol, K.K. Folk, K.K. Sonata and obviously Bubblegum K.K.

Favorite music tracks? I can't really think of any off the top of my head, though I'm not sure I wouldn't get annoyed with them if I were to go back to playing the games for hours at a time like I used to. (Edit: I missed a space lol)

I've also only played NL and NH, so my range of info about this is pretty limited, but I guess I like NH's music a little more.

Favorite K.K. songs? Now we're talking! I like a lot of them, but these are my top 10:

I reviewed every single K.K. song to make this list, and while there is a definitive 'top 10', there are a few songs that were so good that even though they didn't quite place, they deserve to be mentioned regardless. Those are:

Spring Blossoms (just a beautiful song, especially the live version)
K.K. Khoomei (it surprised me how much I liked this song, both the live and CD versions of it are fantastic)
K.K. Lovers (my unofficial 11th place, the CD version is especially beautiful, it reminds me of a theme that could easily be in one of my favorite sim games of all time)

Now to my top 10:

10. Steep Hill (great song, had a couple of my islanders duet this song once and it was awesome, I like both versions)
9. K.K. Disco (insert disco ain't dead joke here, the live version is good but the CD version is fantastic)
8. Only Me (I can't say the CD version would even make it to this list but the live version is superb)
7. K.K. Robot Synth (I wish I could rank this one higher but the songs only go up from here, yes I am a vocaloid fan why do you ask? both versions are fantastic)
6. Marine Song 2001 (this song is so good that I actually used to use a switch recording of one of my islanders singing it as a way to fall asleep, both versions are great)
5. K.K. Ballad (5th & 4th place completely depend on whether you find more value in the live or CD version of a song, I find more value in the CD version)
4. Drivin' (this song could just as easily placed in 5th if I though hearing the live version rarely mattered more than the CD version you hear all the time, both versions of both songs are great regardless)
3. Bubblegum K.K. ( I love this song, it's one I listen to very often but the last two are better regardless, all versions are fantastic)
2. K.K. Bashment (the hardest decision I had to make when doing this list, the live version is almost flawless and the CD version is close behind that, second best song in the series)

1. Stale Cupcakes (the live (or sung by an islander) version is immaculate in every way, I've also used this song to fall asleep, the best of the best)

That's an interesting question!

In my opinion we could see the airplane again. It depends on what the main theme for the next game is. Could be a city or an Island again. If it's an Island I'm pretty sure it's gonna be an airplane, but I also really like the idea of a boat!
If it's a city, then the train will be back : )

ANIMAL CROSSING: BUNNY DAY CONTEST ​

Hello everyone! I am glad to announce a new event running in the Animal Crossing Fan Club! As you might know, the Bunny Day event is coming next week and here's your chance to go back to your Island, greet your beloved Villagers and live the event in a new light!

The rules are pretty simple and follow the lines of the in-game event: from March 24th to March 31st, you'll be able to collect Easter Eggs all around your Island. That's exactly what's needed for this contest! Each egg (the kind of egg doesn't matter) will give you 5 points and the player that catches more eggs during this period will be the official winner of the contest and will receive a SHINY FREE VPP! But wait, there's more!
In the last three days, there are going to be extra rules that will allow you to get extra points! Those will be revealed only that same day.

Now, let's get to the technical details: the sign-ups start today and there is no limit (well, the end of the event Sunday March 31st), so if you are feeling lucky the last day, you'll be able to participate!
As for the eggs count, it's important that you update me often, ideally every day or couple of days in my Private Messages providing me clear pics of your Eggs and the number.
Here there are some small guidelines with pics:

- Take some clear pics that show all of the items you are bringing with you and make sure the number of eggs (under each slot is visible). It doesn't matter if you're bringing other things other than eggs, but, ideally, it's better to empty your inventory and leave only the eggs you collected.

- If you have more eggs than what the space allows, you have to take multiple pics and mention the number of the box of eggs you're showing. This is to prevent me from counting the same box twice and to overall keep things easier to control and count. You can either do that by mentioning the number when you send me the pics via Private Messages or you write it on the pic, like shown below. Of course, I trust you on not cheating...

As you might understand, the Egg count is secret! Only I will know how many eggs you managed to collect. During the last three days, if you will follow the extra rules to gain more points, you'll have to write an update in the thread stating how many eggs you got that day. You can either provide pics in the thread itself or send them to me over Private Messages, if that's more comfortable for you.

So, first of all an announcement: SATURDAY 30TH the competition will stop, meaning you can't submit any eggs on that day.
Secondly: the Event deadline. Indeed the event is going to end on SUNDAY 31ST AT MIDNIGHT (or MONDAY APRIL 1ST if you wish) UTC+1
Finally: today's special rule! Will you be lucky enough? It's Earth Eggs day! If you find a Earth Egg, you gain 100 points. On the other hand, if you find a fossil or something else instead, you loose 50 points. Will you be brave enough to test your luck?

So, first of all, let's give everyone the results of Friday when there was the extra rule! While Devalue tried to take advantage of the extra rule, Alex mainly pointed on luck.

Devalue found 9 Earth Eggs and 4 fossils, giving them a Total of 900-200= 700 points!

Alex instead only found 2 Earth Eggs and no fossils, giving him a Total of 200 points!

Neat! I had a good time with it! (I also have like 10,000 trees, and that's about it lol) An interesting detail about my 2 Earth eggs is those were the only dig spots available on my island, so I was capped at 2 for the duration of the event.
