Literally a pokemon that you over feed friendship berries and then use a rare candy. Why does the 1st form have to be so weak? Like eevee isn't that weak. Same goes for Riolu.

It may not have been the powerful ice variant of Volcarona that many wanted, but I think Frosmoth is still good. Place it on a hail/snow team and pair it up with quiver dance. STAB Blizzards with 125 sp. atk. is guaranteed to deal lots of damage.
