I've been trying to redeem a gift card online with gamestop for 2 hours, we don't live close to an actual store. I'm so disappointed. It's been giving me so many ridiculous errors even though I know I input all the correct information. Occasionally the page will just completely freeze. I did what was suggested and downloaded the app, but it turns out to be completely buggy and non functional. I already didn't think very highly of gamestop, this just lowered it even more.
