Decided to join this awesome site after seeing all the cool hacked roms and scripting you guys do on here. I've been to this site plenty of times before, downloading cronos, Ruby destiny, and plenty of others. I'm also working on a hacked ROM of my own, entitled Emerald X. If you're interested on more details, I'm starting a thread on it in the Emulation forum. Nice to meet everyone here!

Awesome to hear that you're starting a ROM hack yourself! Welcome to the PokeCommunity, Emerald. :3 The site is best known for it's vibrant and active ROM Hacking community, and of course, we have some of the most amazing hacks for you to try out & stuff, as well as many tools you can use, and maybe the tutorials you want to read... in case you need any help. (oh, and the help, we haz it too. :P).

I'm also glad that you're using us as a resource for your hack as well, and I wish you the best of luck in making your hack a success! You should also get active in all other areas, maybe get into the discussions on the games or maybe the anime? PC is more than just ROM hacking. :D

Hey there and welcome to the forums, emeraldJmac! Ah, another ROM-hacker, did you guys planned this out? This is like my fourth time welcoming another hacker around, which is like AWESOME. And yes, you can find the most intriguing, interesting & fun ROM-hacks in this place. PC is known for its quality hacks and is one of the best English ROM-hacking boards in the web at the moment. Most of the hacks that are pirated nowadays was made into this very place like Pokemon Shiny Gold, which is like the most sought hack of all time. XD

I'm glad that you finally decided to register, as you can see you wouldn't be able to download any of the tools & resources here if you aren't a member. Hopefully everything that your gonna find here would be pretty helpful in your hack, we're definitely looking forward what kind of hack you put out! ^__^

What Megan said is true, PC isn't just about ROM-hacking, it's also about fun & interesting things, so you might want to explore around. I'm sure you will be able to find something that will keep you entertained here aside from hacking. At the same time you will also get to meet lots of people around and some might possibly become your friends as well! :)

Welcome to the forums, huh, emeraldJmac? Hmm... I guess one of the things that PC has going for is a healthy ROM hacking community and a hacks showcase. ^.^ I don't really play them, though. I bet that you want to give the Emulation subforums a go!

Thanks for the warm welcome :) Emerald X is a solo project for now, and of course I'm doing a majority of my ROM hacking research here. When I gain noticable progress, I'll upload a beta 1 .ips file for those who do want to try it. Hopefully I'll gain testers and other team members along the way! Again, thanks for a warm welcome!
