I have a UU and under team, and I'd like to keep it that way - no OUs please..

    I have:
Haxorous, Hippowdon, Empoleon, Umbreon and Dusknoir.

I liked Bronzong, but that adds too many Ghost weaknesses..

I mainly play Pokemon Showdown for now, so if you haven't played it before - pretty much anything goes when it comes to attacks and such. With all that mentioned, which UU and under pokemon should I add to my team?

What exactly are the sets you're using for your Pokemon? That'd help us help you better.

You mean like attacks, stats and such?
Lol, I'm sorry I didn't add that...I'm..a tiny bit hesitant to state them because they're a bit odd..

    Haxorus -
Nature: Impish (252 Attack, 252 Special Defense, + Defense)
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    Item: Leftovers
Attacks: Aqua tail, Brick Break, Earthquake, Dragon Tail.

    Hippowdon -
Nature: Impish (252 Attack, 252 Special Defense, + Defense)
    Ability: Sand Stream
    Item: Smooth Rock
Attacks: Earthquake, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Toxic

    Empoleon -
Nature: Bold (252 Special Attack, 252 Special Defense, + Defense)
    Ability: Torrent
    Item: Zoom Lens
Attacks: Blizzard, Scald, Flash Cannon, Hidden Power (Grass)

    Umbreon -
Nature: Brave (252 Defense, 252 Special Defense, + Attack)
    Ability: Synchronize
    Item: Zoom Lens
Attacks: Toxic, Taunt, Last Resort, Sucker Punch

    Dusknoir -
Nature: Adamant (252 Defense, 252 Special Defense, + Attack)
    Ability: Pressure
    Item: Muscle Band
Attacks: Earthquake, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch

...I know, some are odd, lol..

    Arcanine or Alakazam

Alakazam should have Dazzling Gleam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, and Energy ball.

Hmm, mmkay..Why do you recommend Arcanine?

This looks like a UU team to me. This rate is assuming Gen VI.

Haxorus shouldn't be using an Impish nature; this wastes away its good offensive presence:
    -Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Poison Jab/Swords Dance
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Smooth Rock should only be used on a dedicated sand team, which this team isn't. Hippowdon also needs Slack Off so it doesn't get worn down too fast. Smooth Rock should only be used if Sand Rush Stoutland is on the team:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Toxic/Whirlwind
    -Slack Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

Empoleon should have a more supporting role on the team and it's better off as specially defensive, since its Special Defense is better, plus its resistances often come from the special end:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Scald
    -Defog/Toxic/Protect
    -Roar
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent

Last Resort is a terrible move to use; it requires you to use all your other moves at least once and you might be forced to switch before that happens, making the move highly situational. Sure, you could use Fake Out + Last Resort on stuff like Ambipom, but that tends to get walled badly by Ghosts. Just bringing up an example here. Umbreon also has no offensive presence whatsoever, so Foul Play is its main source of damage. You're also wasting away its good defensive capabilities:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Foul Play
    -Toxic/Heal Bell
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Synchronize

There are better bulky Ghosts out there than Dusknoir. This is because Dusknoir doesn't have a strong Ghost STAB and other Ghosts have better utility, like Doublade, who has better physical bulk (not counting Eviolite) and better offensive moves to utilize, Sableye, (it's not that bulky sure, but it can use its support options better, thanks to Prankster) Trevenant (which has excellent healing options to sustain itself) and Super Size Gourgiest, for similar reasons to Trevenant:

    Doublade:
    -Swords Dance
    -Gyro Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Brave
    EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/16 SDef
    Item: Eviolite

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Shadow Claw/Sacred Sword
    -Gyro Ball/Toxic
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 240 HP/252 Def/16 SDef
    Item: Eviolite

    Sableye:
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    -Foul Play/Knock Off
    Nature: Calm/Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

    Trevenant:
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Phantom Force/Horn Leech
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

    or
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Leech Seed
    -Shadow Claw/Horn Leech
    -Rest
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

    Super Size Gourgeist:
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Leech Seed
    -Protect/Pain Split
    -Seed Bomb
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Frisk

Arcanine is most likely there to help against the Grass Pokemon this team tends to struggle with:
    -Flare Blitz
    -Extreme Speed/Roar
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    -Morning Sun
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Atk/252 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Extreme Speed
    -Close Combat
    -Wild Charge/Crunch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Intimidate/Flash Fire
