[Other] Windows 10 Compatibility?

    I'm strongly considering running Windows 10 on a new computer but have seen rumors of compatibility issues with some ROM hacking programs. There's only one video of someone testing programs on 10 and it's from 2015. Who uses Windows 10 and can you vouch for it?

    I use Windows 10, and I would say most, if not all, tools work perfectly fine. If anything, I'd be worried about older systems or MacOS.
