Also looking at it I'd probably shrink the head on the front sprite too, not too much but maybe 2 pixels width wise and 1 vertically. I look forward to the corrections :)

If you want to sure! Looking at the front sprite, I'd make its legs longer, and with the back the horns are especially problematic. Maybe look at Chaos' submission guidelines to get a better idea how to do the smoother edges! As for the shading, anything is fine, I mostly followed your shading for Litleo, although I changed the palette :)

Hey, man. What do you think of making a new hack with my ideas in it? You could also implement your ideas in it as well to make a storyline far more interesting. The new hack would put much, much more emphasis on Suicune, as the legendary dog is on its mission to stop the natural disaster (heavy snowing) caused by the Black Organization because they have successfully captured Articuno, and they have decided that they wanted to capture the other legendary birds in order to control their powers to be able to rule Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and the region that is in the hack. Because of this, Suicune has been tracking the Black Organization in order to investigate the climatic problem and to restore the natural balance. The hero/heroine (you) will help Suicune investigate the organization by time you win the 2nd badge. It will be able to communicate with you via telepathy.

My hack title would be Icy Blue.

Cool. I tend to be very picky when it comes to Pokémon hacks. If there's something different and good storyline, I'd play it, like Pokémon Red: Red Story. There are some of good hacks being progressed right now. It's a shame that some of the good hacks are being dropped out. I would have loved to play some of them. Lol.

I'm looking forward to playing your hacks. Is making a hack hard? Just wondering. I may be making one. But it seems pretty time consuming.

Maybe the upcoming Pokemon X and Y, or the new Pokemon Episode N opening, or something else could help you get motivated again. Maybe even a fiction currently being planned by me.

Yeah, true on both accounts. Only thing that kinda sucks is no one seems interested in the project, no one's replied since when you initially discovered it. I get why, 'cause there are a bunch of 386 minor edit hacks, but, I feel like I'm going through more efforts than most of these types of projects, haha. I may as well start working on my Ruby2/Sapphire2 concept. After finishing this hack I was gonna juggle between that and DarkCopper. Although for R2S2, I was gonna wait 'til Jambo finished the 649 patch and patch it over a copy of Challenge Mode so I don't have to re-decapitalize everything, haha.

Sounds good to me. I guess I need to realize that most people don't care what's official or canon in the Pokémon universe when making hacks.

As for the old man creeper in Celadon, I don't think you need to change anything. I thought it was pretty clear that that's what he was doing in the game. I'm actually surprised that this little detail was kept in the U.S. version in the game!
