Honestly, I know that feeling, when it comes to working on Another World. I've been flailing at my own interpretation for years, now, unable to finish it off simply due to constantly changing my idea on the final dungeon and just... not wanting to work on finishing what I've currently been doing in it, I suppose.
The horrible bugs in Another World are also a drag, as is my inability to make and import sprites for other people, too. It's incredibly awkward looking at what I did and seeing generic or shared sprites, and this is one of the reasons my version will never actually be released, even if I were to finish it.
Working with TPPE also doesn't help with that, because even if it wasn't the best hack, it wasn't heavily broken under the hood, so I can't even apply what I learned from it to do things in AW, either, which SUCKS.
I've also been thinking about doing stuff with the World Link 1.8 beta, but my motivation to do that is kind of low, too, even though I finally got the music back to what it should be.
Outside of that, I've been doing fine for the most part. Got addicted to Final Fantasy 14 which might contribute to my lack of motivation as said above, heh.
It's nice to see you again.
