If I recall, any more arguments there could close it, so don't provoke anything, just try to finish the patch, and release it without bragging or saying how yours will be done before his and how it will be better. Considering how your popularity recently took a bit of a dive in the eyes of some, it seems a bit petty.

Not necessarily, not everyone forgets these things. Anyway, even if yours does get done faster, speed isn't everything, remember? Accuracy is, so judge more on translation skills, not on how fast you can do it.

Seeing as you asked for an opinion on who should do the translation.

Both of you could effectively do a good job. However, some people have lost faith in you with the incidents that pop up, but as long as you are kept in line, I see nothing wrong. I'd say that both of you should. And, I doubt there'd be a big difference between the 2 translations if they are true translations, yours just has some things that aren't exactly needed, so...

I think it's because data for trainers just simply overflowed their previous ones.
In other words you added more pokemon then game could normally handle.

Could you show me a tutorial on how to change the number of Pokemon that a trainer has on A-Trainer? I don't know how to do it.

I never got an offer from Snakebyte, but Wesley did allow me to translate but before that he allowed me to make an X version, and also I am on your side. When LP is translated I'll use your translation for the X version.

I don't do it that way. Overworld editors bug me, so I make everything in paint and then just import it to the rom. :P More organised. And they look terrible if you do them straight up. Like that hack which had the 3 legendary dogs as starters... Main OW was ouch... I even tried to remake it for them and then they dissapeared, so now I guess I have a really cool OW that noones using. :P

Look: I know my opinion doesn't really matter, but I say finish your translation/edits and don't listen to haters. All of the English players were excited, only for our hopes to be dashed by minor technicalities. You are a great hack editor, and I look forward to your future work and possibly the completion of Light Platinum English version.

Not good, I use paint on windows 7 and the paint tools are starnge now, they are less pixel orientated. And I used to use Vista, so I'm going to download vista paint if I can. And once that is done I should be zooming through them. :P

I agree with Wes, release two versions of LP. One as the basic English, and then one in the "harder" difficulty, which you've gone wild with.

You should get Coolstyles to open the thread again if Wes turned up to resolve everything :b

Think what you want, but it's online, when your online you can't really tell peoples disabilities, I have aspergers which is a very mild form of autism, so it's just really mild.

First translate the game, then launched another optional version with the changes so that people choose, but the first game without mudaças translated, only the bug's fixed!
