Look up Elite Battle DX - it comes with animated idle poses as default.

I would not recommend using saves for this. For example, you might change what a switch or variable does, but it'll be already set. I would recommend setting up a Debug Room which can teleport you to certain scenes, with the right bits of the game set up.

It especially won't work because MV isn't using Ruby, and that's what XP uses.

That game was made with RPG Maker 2003, which comes with that battle system built-in.

It's the same with me - even when I managed to get it to randomize, by renaming the mis-named Black2 folder - it freezes up when certain Pokemon are checked/it doesn't save the images properly.

I'm planning out the map of my game by making it 16 times smaller and messing around in Photostop.

I've been looking for quite a while, and have had no luck - does anybody have an overworld sprite template for FR/LG style sprites? All I've been able to find is DPP onwards.
