anyone? im really stuck, i only need Mesprit, Manaphy and Phione, BUT i cant find the THIN FOREST [Mesprit] and when i get to the egg[Manaphy] its falls b4 i get there and when i go down the waterfall its gone. somebody help :(

actually, i have no idea cuz im from israel and the codes' names are written in hebrew, for short, i can walk through walss and trees and such, and if ur here, could u tell me where is the thin forest? i cant find it <<...
