No it doesn't. The set I'm seeing isn't one of the recommended sets and it isn't in the other options either. No one is suggesting this set but it still seems to be seeing a lot of use for some reason.

So recently I've played a lot of OU battles where my opponents have been running Brelooms with Poison Heal, Substitute, Drain Punch and Rock Slide. So what exactly does this weird set do because it dies to everything and is out sped by the entire tier?
