and the japanese hack could help you a bit... maybe you could share the music (like battles and towns)

That wouldn't help me-- much anyway. Pure Gold is on Ruby Version and not Fire Red. It'll be completed someday ;)

Hey :) lol I still have a long way to go before Battle Tower. I reckon I may find a way to change that sooner or later if that was a problem but up till now I never knew that in Ruby Battle Tower there's only Hoenn Pokemon -- its great that you've told me haha.

About PureGold, I noticed in your PokeGear map that you plan on putting in the Battle Tower where it was in Crystal (and where the Battle Frontier is in HG/SS). Obviously, the Ruby Battle Tower has only Hoenn Pokemon, but I've figured out a way to change that:

@ Chaos Rush - I'll stick to the National Dex ^^

I'm just wondering, but are you planning on hacking the Hoenn Dex in PureGold, or are you just going to use the National Dex? Because I've been trying to figure out how to hack the Hoenn Dex in R/S/E without changing the National Dex order, and I haven't had much luck, since the only thing I've been doing is just changing random bytes with a hex editor.

One time I somehow made Krabby #147 in the Hoenn Dex, but I don't know how I did that.

@icychill66 - You need the sdl.dll file as well, hope you had that there? There aren't any other debuggers for GBA, the other is no$gba but it costs money.

Hello! I'm learning ASM hacking, and I'm wondering where I can find a good debugger for Fire Red. I tried using the one in HackMew's tutorial, but it crashed on my computer so maybe it's outdated? (I use XP) Thanks!
