  • The credits isn't done yet ^^
Anyway, those are zel's tiles and I don't think I can use them yet. Those are currently removed in my newer version and maybe re-added once zel lets people use some of his tiles from beta 5 of Shiny Gold.
Hey, I was looking at ur hack's site and I couldn't access the credits and please could you tell me where u got the circled tiles from.
    Hey again.
Just wondering, any progress on your next ASM tut or your new FontEd?

Also, in your website you said FontEd would have font import and export, so like would it be able to import like .ttf? (highly doubt it, as it's not even an image.)
Lol no you misunderstood my question... My main question was: Is the tileset you rip from a game using A-Map compressed or not compressed? Or are they neither? I did read the read-me before I posted btw...xD
Umm... I'm probably going to sound really dumb right now but.. Is the tileset you take from A-Map Compressed or Uncompressed?
And can you use two major tilesets at once? Or does it really matter (as you can change amount of blocks in A-Map)?
Oh, Ok lol. I thought it was done because you posted all those features and stuff. Well, anyways can't wait till it's released. Also, about Tileset Manager, if you insert a main tileset does that mean you are also adding extra animations? I doubt it though because I'm pretty sure it's impossible.
    Hey again.
I check your website on a regular basis, and I saw that improved FontEd update. Well, there's no download for it.. Unless you aren't finished yet do you think you can upload it?
BTW one of the main reasons I like your tools so much is their uniqueness and compatibility with RSE. Keep it up.
    Hey again.
    I was wondering if you found any information pertaining to : [55 E4 06 08] // std_func_getvaradress + 1

I've VMed MM_X about a week and a half ago but unfortunately he hasn't been on since Feb 20th.
yah well, I already tried that tool but it doesn't give me the proper offsets of the Hoenn PKMN...
oh well. thanks for your time~
&H452580 is for what PKMN? :\
    and loading's tool? what's that?
or do you mean loading is a member and has a tool...?
    Hey again.

I just have a quick question about tilesets.
I'm trying to get an FR rom base into Ruby but I noticed that the tileset 0 of FireRed is larger than Ruby's. Is there a way to change this or do I have to improvise and take out stuff from the tileset to fit it into Ruby's? Cuz that's what I'm doin rite now.

Also any luck with the 2 musics thing?

    Thanks in advance.
    Hey again ZodiacDaGreat.

An update on the 2 musics in one event... I tried to search for the pointer myself the way I found the other ones but unfortunately it didn't work out.. xD

Anyways, do you know how to implement the national dex in Ruby? I just realized that the special setflag for national dex is only for FR... xD.
Mmk, I changed the vars to 5030, 5031, 5033, 5034, and it still doesn't work like I thought. I think it IS the std_func getvar address thing. Do you think you can find it or is it just impossible to work on Ruby?
I read the second ASM tutorial and it's pretty well explained! Good job on that. Looking forward to the next tut.

Anyhow, I found all the offsets for the 2 musics in 1 even for Pokemon Ruby and the game still freezes after the boot screen!
This is what the main ASM function looks like after I changed all of the pointers:

The bolded is what I changed (I changed the variables for various reasons)
