Hello, I am gonna make an anime club but i have a question, could i make an anime club in the club section but there are 2-3 clubs that are anime clubs but those clubs represent as one anime. I am making an anime club as in general though. It is possible to make one?

Is the TF2 club still open? Or is it free to be remade?

I have submitted the club again.
