Hi guys, since I have made at least 15 posts on this website I can start my Let's Play here. After all, that was the reason I came here. I stupidly thought that Blogger was my best to write a Screen Shot Let's Play. I slowly learned my lesson and I decided to reside here. I reside on the SpeedGamers forum as well but I decided to come here because I could establish a new audience on the internet and this Let's Play forum is more active than the one on TSG. I'll give you the link to my previous parts.
Previous parts of the Let's Play.
Let's begin Part 15 shall we?
Now we have the Crissaegrim; we can now move on and head to Death Wing's Lair and try our luck at getting a Mourneblade.
Even with the Crissaegrim these Guardians will still hit way too hard for me to handle. What was I expecting from foes at Level 60?
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Let's see how much of a chance this Guardian has now!
Damn! These Guardians are difficult to kill even with the Shield Rod. 61 doesn't look like too much damage from these enemies but try taking hits in succession. Not so nice now is it?
At least the Exp is nice from them. The enemies are still going to be generous with the Exp at this point.
I'm not entirely sure if you actually need the Stop Clock to get to this part but it at least speeds up the process.
We can now start this area for real; since once I get the Mourneblade I can start going through this castle seriously.
This big bugger, Azaghal, is a stronger version of the Hunting Girls from the Royal Chapel, the invisible enemies. These will be what will give us the Mourneblade.
These may take a while to kill but I'll get the hang of 'em.
You're not going down easily are you?
Soul Steal is slowly falling out of use by now.
These may encourage our luck when trying to get the weapon. I think I will be here for a while.
Hopefully this will be my lucky day. *Laugh track*
I never told you to come up you damn clock. Buttered fingers I guess.
It's happening again! Clear off you stupid Stop Clock!
After killing an Azaghal; go in a doorway and recharge your batteries before trying again.
That was not quite what I was looking for.
If I'm here for a while; this will at least mean that my levels will get higher and higher. Hopefully it won't like in my Pokemon Blue LP where I got Venusaur whilst trying to find Abra.
I know I said that Soul Steal was starting to suck but my health is starting to cut it.
Another level up and all I've been getting is cash from these enemies. Gimme something decent. You're invisible, why would you need money if no one will see you steal your groceries?
This is starting to get a bit silly. I'll stop showing my level ups and show a screenshot of the parts where I actually get something.
Two level ups, two Covenant stones, countless amounts of cash, the use of my last Luck potion, and one Mourneblade. I'd say it was a good payoff. But good God; constantly trying my luck for a rare item. They must've started Circle of the Moon early.
All I need to do now is dither which button out of Circle or Square I use. It'll probably depend on the situation I'm up against.
The Mourneblade will drain health for no price. I'll have my health back on full in no time.
What?! This is just ridiculous.
I get the map completion and free healing? The game is letting me get away too easily. Then again I had to earn this weapon.
Enemies are still in this? Get real guys! You have no chance.
Pfft. There is no reason for me to use any other sword asides for a challenge.
To the right of where we fought the Azaghal is the Reverse Colosseum. The song that plays here is awesome because it isn't The Final Toccata.
The southwest part of the lair contains a Warp Point. I might as well use it to remedy my curiosity.
Remember this part of Olrox's Quarters? That part where every inlet contained an item that was more or less useless to me.
This could've helped me in my 45 minutes of need.
Considering how I'll be using the Shield Rod + Alucard Shield combo as a boss killer; I won't be running into any MP flow problems at this moment in time.
Had I not had the Spike Breaker; this would've been a difficulty spike. *Laugh track*
The Stop Clock was being a naughty boy but it's better than the weedy dagger.
Cool looking enemy. Too bad the bats are just for show.
A Bible glued as my sub-weapon. I must be starting Harmony of Dissonance early.
I don't usually show my trips to Save Points but the bat crash landed into one.
Now to do that annoying bit where I have to fly across the screen to get more map completion. At least the moon looks pretty enough for me to look at. But what are those mysterious blue heads?
Another piece to the Alucard collection. This one isn't as cheap as the Shield of the same line.
Could be handy. Even though the Mirror cuirass and Spike Breaker are still better.
Judging by how we're at the prison area; the boss is just around the corner.
So that wasn't just a title you gave yourself to look cool.
Imagine if that was near where that Azaghal was.
Darn, I should've used my Mourneblade to break that floor.
Could be handy considering how many hearts I have currently.
Back to where we started. Can't really complain as it means I've done more of the Inverted Castle than I think I have.
Remember that inlet in Olrox's Quarters where you could an Iron Ball? I guess you don't considering the viability of the Iron Ball and, in this castle's case, the Shuriken.
You know what the fancy door means by now.
Time to whip out the boss killer. Yeah, I'm cheap.
Guess I didn't need to use the boss killer after all. All that hard work getting it out for noth...
Uh oh. Guess my whining woke someone from their afternoon nap.
I'll soon fix that. The boss was called Akmodan II by the way? Who's going to remember a name like that?
This simple rib can actually allow for a defense upgrade. If Alucard likes being buffed by his dad's body parts.
Hey! The map I was using as a reference never told me that was there. Ah well; I guess I'll be finding some use out of it.
