The best decks? Well. The new format just started, so there isn't really any "top decks" yet. But decks like Torterra/Sceptile, Kingdra, Leafeon/Magmortar, Gallade/Gardevoir, Eeveelutions and Azelf/Mesprit/Uxie are pretty well played decks at the moment.
