So I have to catch Volbeats, I can't breed any...while White players have to catch their own Illumise...and if the baby breeds, it's exactly the same as what it is...that's just too strange. I suppose I'll have to wait for a Route 3 swarm to trigger (saw one the other day in fact, it seems to be common unlike some *coughRoute18cough*). Can't do it today - I went Landorus hunting - but could technically soft-reset to trigger it tomorrow and we can have a trade set up as soon as the weekend. :)

You never told me you had a Minun! I'm looking for that and an Illumise!

I do have Plusle and Volbeat and can breed them.

You don't happen to have HG or SS, do you? I had a starter trade possibility all lined up, but I do not know if that's still on as it's been a few days. He was going to go Chansey hunting for a Lucky Egg last I heard, and attach it to one of the trades.

If he doesn't materialize again, I'm curious if you play either of those games and have the other starters. I could use the code for the Lottery too, so I'm not fussy about seeking Eggs or anything like that in particular. :)

Also, happy Keldeo Promotion Day. As I type, we're five minutes away from the first day of the promo. Watch for Keldeo clone collection attempts soon in Quick Trades. :D

Sooner or later I know I'll come across all of them; for instance, Shinx appears via the Sinnoh Sound in SS, while headbutting trees causes Starly to make an appearance, but only in Pewter City. There may be the odd exclusive 4th Gen. around those games as well, so I will still have to look for some 4th gen. in particular that may not be in either Platinum or SS. 4th Gen. is one I really want to just fill up somehow.

Yup, I have already acquired a Thundurus. :) Tornadus was equally a ***** to catch. I quickly realized my Watchog had Mean Look and went for it, and bingo, got it. I'm reconsidering taking him to get Landorus, however; False Swipe seems more effective.

Maybe I'll try Kyurem with the Quick Ball first, if it could be that easy. Obviously I won't save before starting the battle, because I have nothing above Lv.71 right now. However, I did put my team together to face Landorus, so I might stick with going after it first. (And I have to have someone with Waterfall, so I've spent some time grinding with that one; would you believe Waterfall is its only attacking move? I'll have to look at my TMs, not worth spoiling a Heart Scale.)

As for me, I will ALWAYS be looking for trades. I still need the following from White:

Pidgey, Nidoran (both), Oddish, Abra, Bellsprout, Magnemite, Rhyhorn, Porygon, Togepi, Mareep, Hoppip, Wooper, Elekid, Wurmple (and both evolutions, Beautiflyand Dustox and their cocoon forms), Lotad, Seedot, Ralts, Surskit, Slakoth, Whismur, Azurill, Aron, Trapinch, Corphish, Bagon, Starly, Shinx, Budew, Happiny

Those in italics I already have; however, I can't import them until the games Emerald and Soul Silver (in some cases only Soul Silver) are finished. I'm sure I could easily catch extras and trade them to someone to import into Gen. V, trading them back to me, but let's just say if you thought that other trade session was a delicate dance, this would be insanity. It's doable if planned out, though, and I like planning things out. As a German chef on a food show once said, "I'm German. We like to tell people what to do." :D Of note, there may be a couple missing from other Routes, but exclusivity is rare in the 11-15 corridor. Just a couple. Then there's Minun and Illumise (notice the iutalics again).

You can find Milotic by fishing at surfing spots on Route 1. But they're very rare.

I had given the Clamperl the DeepSeaTooth because I only had one, so expecting to get out and in twice, I gave it the Tooth so I wouldn't get confused and accidentally give two Scales to them. LMAO Sorry to make you sacrifice one, but at the same time I know the Treasure Hunter can be goaded into spitting them out with a little patience (or luck, like with my three Lucky Eggs from him). I actually have three Scales that will sit unused, so I'll likely use them in a future trade if someone wants to evolve a Clamperl and do a two (or three) step trade with them in the future. :)

That was strange. I think my seating location at first had something to do with the problems (edge of the building) as I got other communication errors, but I did ask to be relocated and after the second disconnect things seemed to work (except I got communication errors when I tried to leave the trade, I had to reset the system and I came back to find you "busy" or "trading"). I was so worried at that point I might be walking off with your Milotic - had no plans to do that. :D Glad things picked up enough to work, and the second session with pleb had no errors at all; makes me wonder if the connection on your end was fussy today.

If you ever are looking for something else, I'll be continuing trading for what I can get, so feel free to peek in and inquire. :) Sorry I couldn't get a fresh catch Murkrow; they did not want to return ever since I caught that one, but I now have one of everything in the Shrine grass (evolutions in shaking grass aside, they count as the unevolved ones). I have three more to catch at Challenger's Cave, I still have to explore some of the grassy areas while hunting down Trainers, and then it's off to the Shrine again for Landorus and the Chasm to hunt down Kyurem. And then there's Keldeo at Gamestop, hopefully EB as well; I can always get a clone if all else fails. :D
