Ok cool, and I'm pretty sure I've found those routines.. I tracked the pointer of the cry table (only one routine pointed to it, at 0x72114) and found a bunch of hex that, after messing with it, definitely effects the cries. My main question still remains though: when looking for the song, do you have any tips or anything to finding it instead of just going through millions of hex? Idk if the length of the song helps

So you're saying that there is a song that is 2:237 seconds (exact length of cry song), and all cry samples are being played on that song? Just like you can have a midi on sappy and have a wav as the melody (Assuming this is the exact same thing). If so, being that I know the exact time, is there any way you would suggest to go about searching for the song?

So, I used ur patch hgss music, that I think is amazing!. Well, I want to know if there's a patch with hgss music of Kanto and Johto together, u know? 'cause there's one with johto music (hgss based), and other with kanto music (hgss based).
Also, I wish you could tell me how to change the leader music, because all gym leaders has theme of johto gym leader, but I want some of them with kanto gym leader, and that is actually in the patch, but idk how to put it in the gym leader (I try to use PET and VS Trainer but no one was useful). Thanks!!!
